(So, I assume that posting this is the application process? If not, I guess someone will let me know otherwise...)
I'm hoping no one minds if I simply copy and paste this from another site - it's a little more in depth, but I think it gets the point across. I believe there's one or two fields that aren't specifically mentioned in this, so I'll address those at the bottom.
BASIC INFORMATION
NAME: Javex Valerius aka Mr. Entertainment
ETHNICITY: Latino
HEIGHT: 5'9"
WEIGHT: 205
DATE OF BIRTH: July 7, 1979
HOMETOWN: Ciudad Zacatecas, Zacatecas, Mexico
FIGHTING OUT OF: Sierra Vista, AZ
ALIGNMENT: Leans Heel, although it almost entirely depends on the situation (Javex tends to like/dislike people based on completely irrational quirks).
WRESTLING STYLE: Counter-wrestling, grappler (terrible striker and horrible with submissions) - all with a flair for over-the-top dramatics
UWA ASSOCIATES: Familia Valerius - Linzy (wife), Lina (Newborn daughter), Theodore Bearimus (Dog).
ENTRANCE INFORMATION
ENTRANCE MUSIC: "Wild International" - One Day as a Lion
"Please Don't Let Me Be Misunderstood" - Santa Esmeralda (Mexico Only)
"Stroll Around the World" - Star Casino (Japan Only)
ENTRANCE DESCRIPTION: Red, white, and green strobe lights pulse in reaction to the opening drum shots of "Wild International" before devolving into a wild menagerie of colored lights swirl around the arena, reminiscent of either a rowdy club or a circus - your choice. Javex storms out of the back, pausing to pose for pictures at the top of the ramp, and several flashbulbs can be seen going off in response in the crowd, before making his way down to the ring. He slaps every hand humanly possibly, occasionally stopping for more picture requests. At the ring, he pauses, smiles, then runs up the steps and steps into the ring construction. Javex hits each turnbuckle for more posing, more photo ops, and more cheesy goodness.
ATTIRE/APPEARANCE
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Javex is not an imposing figure by any stretch of the imagination, particularly because he never seems to wipe that stupid sh!t-eating grin off of his face. Javex's smile ranges from innocent to conniving, depending on the circumstances, but it almost never leaves his face.
Javex is only slightly more muscled than he was in his last run, meaning that his physique is not exactly chiseled. However, Javex's functional strength and knowledge of technique usually overcome his basic lack of strength. Javex has piercing (if sometimes blank) grey eyes, short spiked black hair, naturally dark skin, and a tattoo of a cross on his right bicep.
While not really a part of his physical description, it's worth noting that Javex has a strangely low center of gravity.
Javex, never one for subtlety, tends to use broad gestures and body language in the ring to convey his emotions - usually in an over-the-top manner. Javex's preferred pose is the "Double V" aka the double peace sign. However, if feeling particularly motivated, Javex will bust out the "Quad V", which is so magnificent a sight that most are blinded by the sheer number of flashbulbs going off around him. Javex also has a penchant for crossing himself.
RING ATTIRE: Keeping it simple, Javex sports a compression shirt, loose canvas knee-length shorts with compression shorts underneath, shiny 8-inch boots (which make a satisfying slap sound during a kick), a pair of knee pads, and wrapped wrists and hands (with free fingers). Of note is that the entire ensemble is usually the same color, which varies with each appearance (usually white or black, but occasionally something off the wall - lime green, yellow, tan).
FINISHER
PRIMARY FINISHER: Gloria Por Javex (GPJ)*
PRIMARY FINISHER DESCRIPTION: A FAST rolling cutter - one of Javex's favorite things to reverse into. If Javex plans ahead to do this, he calls it by performing a gum swat - which can go wrong if Javex has already performed a gum swat, as he is forgetful, and he'll just end up spitting and slapping it with his hand.
ALTERNATE FINISHER 1: Gloria Por Entretienmento (GPE)
ALTERNATE FINISHER DESCRIPTION: Back to Back Double Underhook Piledriver - Usually done to smaller opponents, but is capable of dropping it on bigger ones.
ALTERNATE FINISHER 1: Gloria Por Dolor (GPD)*
ALTERNATE FINISHER DESCRIPTION: Javex's famed Savate Kick - lacks the knockout power that it used to have, and Javex relies on it less as a planned technique and more of a counter at this stage in his career. However, as it's been the most consistent attack in his career, Javex still retains the ability to hit this as fast and accurately as ever.

MOVES
BASIC MOVES (Notes - Let's go ahead and reiterate that Javex is TERRIBLE striker, with a few noteable exceptions - his main offense is knife-edge chops; his kicks, when they hit, cause some damage; the Javex En Fuego remains his best strike):
1) Knife edge chop* (shakes his hand in pain after each hit)
2) Forearm shots
3) Back elbow
4) Backhand slap
5) Open hand chop
6) Headbutt (usually, if not always, hurts himself more than opponent)
7) Headlock (Javex ACTUALLY uses this as an offensive manuever, holding onto it for a long time, usually dragging his opponent down as they try to shrug him off)
8) Flying elbow*
9) Flying shoulder block (Javex throws his entire weight behind this, hitting it sideways instead of frontal)
10) Chop block
11) Kick to ankle or back of the knee
12) Side kick
13) Dropkick* (Javex's variat of the dropkick sees him get good height, but he usually only hits with one foot)
14) Gloria Por Dragon (Dragon whip*)
15) Enzuiguri*
16) Javex En Fuego*, el ejemplo de excelencia, MARK III (a surprisingly great running/flying clothesline that Javex has perfected to such an art that a successful hit either sends an opponent flying out of the ring or head over heels onto the mat. However, Javex demands that the announcers use the entire name when calling it, although, to date, none have - it is usually shortened to "Javex En Fuego". Also, it's just a clothesline. )
17) The windup punch (Javex severly telegraphs this with an over-the-top "wind up" motion, leading to calls of "HE'S WINDING UP!" cried with mock panic. Has never connected, or ever been thrown, as it is always countered)
18) Multiple Pin Attempts (In the early part of a match, if Javex is unsuccessful in a pin attempt, he'll cover his opponent again immediately, in an attempt to make them waste energy)
19) Kip-up

PRIMARY MOVES (Notes - for all his shortcomings as a striker, submission artist, high-flyer, or anything resembling an all-arounder, Javex is an incredibly talented grappler. Specifically, Javex can execute a wide variety of throws, submissions, and slams on just about anybody! Javex's low center of gravity and his years of experience have taught him how to shift weight and use momentum to his advantage, leading to some incredible sights. It should be noted that most of his offense requires speed - on occasion, Javex attempts to lift someone via pure power, which he simply does not have.):
1) Snap suplex (w/floatover variant)
2) Slingshot suplex
3) Fisherman's suplex (w/ bridging variant)
4) Exploder suplex*
5) Belly to belly release suplex*
6) German suplex*^ (w/ bridging variant)
7) Full nelson suplex^
8) Capture suplex*
9) Release Aztec suplex
10) Northern Lights suplex^
11) Deep arm drag*
12) "Power"slam*
13) Sitout full nelson atomic drop
14) Slingshot facebuster
15) Jav-plex* (Pop-up superplex - either belly to belly or belly to back)
* Also used as a counter
^ Uses in "rolling suplexes" as well'
MISC MOVES:
1) Tribute to Perfection (Rolling Neck Snap, followed by a PERFECT gum slap)
2) Tribute to Heat (Triple rolling vertical suplex)
3) Tribute to a Tiger (Sitout side powerslam)
4) Heart of a Dragon (BEAUTIFUL Moonsault - NEVER hits, as Javex is a terrible highflyer)
5) TAP, DAMN IT! (A totally original move that has only ever been used by Javex - probably. An STF, notable because of Javex's constant loud shouts for the opponent to TAP DAMMIT, and because it's terribly executed).
6) Call of the Deity (Standing Dragon Sleeper - usually not able to secure a tap, in which case Javex transitions it into a reverse suplex)
7) Double Jump Butterfly kick
8) Running DDT*
9) Tripping Chokeslam*
10) Pine-Buster* (Javex's variant of the spinebuster, Javex lifts the opponent almost like a back-body drop, but holds onto the ankles, reverses momentum and slams them back down)
11) Flapjack*
12) Alley-OOF! (After positioning the opponent's torso between the bottom and middle ropes, Javex performs a catapult, causing a whiplash effect between the ropes. Javex follows this up with a hilo over the top to the outside, hitting his opponent on the way out)
13) Suicide dive
14) "Suicide" dropkick (Javex dropkicks his way out of the ring to an opponent on the outside, but holds onto the ropes so that he doesn't fall)
15) Perfect Combination (Snapmare, followed by a soccer kick - or three - to the spine, further followed up by a Tribute to Perfection and gum slap)
*Also used as a counter
PPV ONLY MOVES (5 maximum):
1) Gutwrench powerbomb into turnbuckle (takes EVERYTHING out of Javex, who usually collapses immediately after)
2) Release German Suplex into ropes or turnbuckle
3) Crucifix driver*
4) Vas a Paradiso* (Wristlock Olympic Slam)
5) For the Love of the Game (A BEAUTIFUL shooting star press, reminiscent of Javex's lucha libre days. Will only bust it out on truly special occasions, and only when he believes he can actually hit it)

BIOGRAPHY
ACCOMPLISHMENTS: We're sure there's some, but we honestly can't remember them. Random initials + titles?
HISTORY: He was the XAW success story, pulling himself from obscurity to ultimately land a spot in the main event and then, The Hall of Fame. But now? Now if you were to ask him, he would say that his time in the XAW was time wasted, time he could have spent refining his craft to the level that he has only reached in recent years. Javex Valerius is nonetheless one of the most unique, charismatic, entertaining, and recognizable wrestlers anywhere he goes. Javex prides himself on his ability to go toe-to-toe with just about anyone, regardless of style, size, or resume - but let's talk a little about his past before we get into the present.
For those unacquainted with the man, let it be known that - YES! Javex Valerius is a former masked luchador, having begun his career near his hometown way back in 96-97 or so. It's unclear whether or not Javex was legally allowed to wrestle at that age, but it was Mexico, so who knows? What is known is that Javex was a TERRIBLE luchador! Some have blamed his lack of quality on nerves, age, faulty masks, a family curse, and a constant case of the runs - but whatever the case, Javex was never considered very good, despite a personality that garnered attention even at that early stage in his career.
Fast forward a few years, and despite making some progress (and losing quite a few matches to the man who would later be known as THE Drama), Javex had gone nowhere. In a desperate bid to be rid of him, Javex was stripped of his mask, publicly humiliated, and left to toil in obscurity for the rest of his days or until he quit - whichever came first.
Since you're reading his freaking BIO, guess what happens next?
Stripped of his mask, with nowhere to go but UP, Javex does exactly that! Lending credence to his claims that the mask was screwing with his vision, Javex's skills in the ring improved to the point that, not only was he winning matches and being taken seriously, he was scouted by American wrestling companies! After 3 years in Mexico, Javex headed to Arizona to take on American wrestling.
What happens in that next few years is by and large unremarkable, and this includes his time in XAW. Javex maintains his high-flying, high risk taking style, shrugging off accumulating injuries, and even putting in a quick stint in the AWA that sees him make a small impact in the Cruiserweight Division, but not much beyond. During this time, Javex seems to conform to the wrestling trends around him. As wrestling goes hardcore, so does he, swinging a signature five iron with reckless abandon. As wrestling gets more brutal, more bloody, so too does Javex, throwing himself into situation with little regard for the havoc he's wrecking on his body.
Sometime after his first AWA run, but before his second, Javex gets a wakeup call. Not a true injury, but enough of a reminder that he's slowly getting older that he realizes - for the first time - that there may be better ways to do things. So, for the first - but not the last time - he evolves.
When Javex returns to the AWA, he is a different person - different to the point that he does not want to acknowledge his first run in the company. Now, he is a technical wrestler, already knowledgeable in the maneuvers and techniques he has been on the receiving end of for most of his career - slowly but surely becoming an expert in their application. His flying skills suffer, but he is more successful than ever.
In times past, he had been called the Deities Dragon. Without realizing it, he begins to move away from this part of himself. As he becomes equally as known for his personality as his in-ring skills, he is referred to by his peers as Mister Entertainment, the man who can make any segment on any show the most memorable of the night. He agrees. So do the crowds, immediately taking up the "Mister Entertainment" name. Goodbye Dragon.
The Gloria Por Dolor becomes more than infamous - it becomes feared. The Javex En Fuego, once mocked, becomes a strike that everyone dives away from in terror. Javex himself, still with a smile on his face, still with a cheerful, carefree attitude, becomes a star. A superstar. A contender. A title holder. He is loved by all, fan and peer alike. Ready to take that next step in his career. He even deigns to lower himself to compete in MCW, sneering at those he used to call equal.
But...
But it gets complicated there. Through AWA politics, Javex is traded to the AWA's sister-organization, PWJ. PWJ being a Japanese company, Javex is stunned. Shocked. Almost to the point of quitting. Almost.
But...
If you've been paying attention, you can guess what happens next. He EVOLVES. He goes. And here, in PWJ, he faces an uphill battle. His charisma, which allows him to almost immediately establish a relationship with American fans (whether positive or negative) seems to become an impediment to success. He's not allowed to talk as much, but show what he's got in the ring. And for as much good as he thought he had done, he was blown away by what he saw in PWJ.
A man chooses. A man makes decisions. Javex decides - I can do it better.
And here, in Japan, is where Javex's latest evolution becomes apparent. Taking his decade of experience, Javex applies himself to a study of his opponent's techniques. What he likes, he takes. But more importantly, he realizes that each maneuver has a key weakness - a spot wherein he can reverse momentum, which is the key to all effective techniques - and counter it into those techniques he knows best. His suplexes, already respected, become more so when he begins catching his opponents in the middle of their own moves. He begins to use the ring as his weapon, whiplashing opponents between the ropes, casually tossing people into ring posts, turnbuckles, stairs, and ledges.
Yes, he has weaknesses. He can't strike well, with a few exceptions. He can only apply the most basic submissions. He can't fly. But...few dare to get into his clutches, lest they be toyed with before they are ultimately taken down.
Fast forward again. A year and a half later, Javex's PWJ contract expires, and he has no AWA to return to. No competition. No reason to continue fighting. This is his final evolution. The final form of Mr. Entertainment.
Except...
Except for that invitation from the UWA that arrives. Stevens is there. Ortega. Low. James. Williams. Smith.
Therefore, to take his place amongst his peers...to try to attain that which has escaped him, Javex is there as well. The UWA is the premier organization for pure wrestling in the world, holding its events in order to allow the top competitors from its associated companies to compete. This is wonderful for Mister Entertainment, as he eases himself back into American wrestling with immediate success.
Upon catching wind that the "competition" from his past has resurfaced in a new company, Javex decides to test himself against them, with the UWA's blessings. So, here he is, in HCW, solely to prove to himself that he is that much better than he has ever been.
-----
Enough with the dramatics. That's the past. Let's talk about the present.
First and foremost, Javex is not as dramatic as he sounds. Nor as serious. Javex is a lighthearted, jokey fellow, to the point of coming off annoying half the time. With a perpetual grin on his face, Javex spends the majority of his time outside of the ring mocking his opponents mercilessly, coming up with practical jokes (that fail), and finding new ways to be humiliated.
Javex is a natural shill, usually called on by sponsors to perform obligatory product placement or awkward advertisement. Javex himself has deals with various companies that he continually shills for outside of the organization's normal sponsors, and these advertisements never seem to be subtle.
Subtlety is not Javex's strong point. He speaks, gestures, and lives loudly - almost obnoxiously. Yet, Javex is stubbornly loyal to those he befriends or allies, regardless of his or their personal situation.
Javex's ability to hold a grudge is almost unparalleled, most notably in the irrational, personal dislike he holds against Scarface, or the more professional, adversarial relationships he has with Adam Darke and Vlad.
In the ring, Javex's broad gestures lead to overdramatic reactions to alot of things. When Javex gets hit, he reacts like he's been shot. When thrown to the turnbuckle, Javex is just as likely to flip over the top or hit it chest first as he is to hit it normally. Alternatively, when in control, Javex's desire to be photographed leads him to either telegraph moves, or delay them so much that they can be reversed.
Yet, Javex's grappling and countering ability outweighs his shortcomings. His low center of gravity allows him to get under opponents easily, which then allows him to manipulate their momentum to his will. Javex has tossed opponent twice his size around the ring with seeming ease, although this has less to do with his strength and more to do with his technique.
Most importantly, Javex adapts to his opponents, and seeks ways to overcome. He's not adverse to "small crimes" as he calls them - grabbing trunks or the ropes for leverage, distracting referees, even using "mist" on occasion (which he learned in PWJ) - anything to get that edge.
As has been the underlying thread the entire time, Javex evolves. And he will continue to evolve here.
Hopefully, it will be an entertaining time.
